Terms & Conditions

The following terms, when used throughout these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings assigned to them in this clause. Defined terms appear in title case throughout the document.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. apk77 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned less any amounts already wagered.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal order restricting your ability to engage in gaming or betting activities.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction that you have previously requested through apk77's Responsible Gaming tools or through any third-party self-exclusion registry.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true personal details. Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity, or providing materially inaccurate registration information is prohibited and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Registration of an Account on the apk77 Platform is free of charge. To create an Account, you must complete the registration process available at the apk77 Login page, providing accurate and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to notify apk77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. apk77 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to safeguard your credentials.

apk77 may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason. The Company reserves the right to request additional information at any stage of the registration process to satisfy its KYC, anti-money-laundering (AML), and responsible gaming obligations.

All Account Balances on apk77 are held and displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals through the following Indonesian banks and e-wallets: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. apk77 does not charge platform-side transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds from your nominated payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set out in the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Platform's Cashier section. apk77 targets completion of the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes of approval. Before your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent time deemed necessary by the Company — you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting valid government-issued photo identification and proof of ownership of your nominated payment method.

• Withdrawal Method Restriction: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. apk77 reserves the right to require you to withdraw to the same channel you deposited from to comply with AML obligations.
• Pending Bonus Conditions: If your Account holds active Bonus Funds subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement, a withdrawal request may be declined or the relevant Bonus Funds forfeited at the Player's election until the wagering requirement is fulfilled or the bonus is cancelled.
• Suspicious Transactions: apk77 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other form of irregular activity on the Account.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in IDR. The Company bears no responsibility for any exchange rate variance or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.

apk77 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural occasions such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the promotion. Some promotions are restricted to new Players; others are open to all active members.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window specified; failure to do so results in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated therefrom.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirement completion. Slot gacor (high-payout slot titles) typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as baccarat, roulette, and Dragon Tiger may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Stacking: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: apk77 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-variance gameplay designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinated multi-Account exploitation. Any Account found engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided and may be subject to Account termination.
• Right to Withdraw: apk77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already actively in progress for a specific Player will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of activation.

All bets and wagers placed on the apk77 Platform are subject to the specific Game Rules applicable to the relevant product. Game Rules for each product — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor titles, Dragon Tiger, and virtual sports — are accessible within the product interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable Game Rules before placing any bet.

The following general betting rules apply across all Platform products:

1. A bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform's systems. A confirmation reference or bet ID is issued upon successful placement.
2. In the event of a technical error, communication failure, or system malfunction that affects the placement or settlement of a bet, apk77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. This is the Player's sole remedy in such circumstances.
3. Bets placed after the official start time of a sporting event — whether due to a delay in data feeds or any other technical reason — may be voided at the Company's sole discretion.
4. apk77 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, event, or game at any time, including retroactively restricting individual Account betting limits where unusual wagering patterns are detected.
5. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or sporting event, the result as determined by the relevant official governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, BWF for badminton) shall be final and binding. For RNG-based games, the result recorded in the Company's certified game servers shall be the definitive record.
6. apk77 does not accept bets from individuals acting in a professional capacity on behalf of third parties or syndicates without prior written authorisation from the Company.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apk77 Platform. Violation of any provision in this clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your Account.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by the Company.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in Platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or otherwise act in concert against the interests of the Company.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at any apk77 employee, support agent, or other Platform user.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity under the laws of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

All content on the apk77 Platform — including but not limited to the apk77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, user interface elements, game software provided under licence from third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming), and all other materials — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content or software.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data extraction, or reproduction of game content — will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

apk77 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all Players. The collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the apk77 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and the Company.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of your data for KYC and AML compliance purposes, which may require the Company to share certain information with authorised third-party identity verification providers.

All personal data and financial transaction data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. apk77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apk77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or entirely secure at all times. Planned maintenance windows, unplanned outages, and third-party service provider failures may occasionally affect Platform availability. The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. A Player may close their Account by contacting apk77 customer support via live chat. Upon receiving a closure request, the Company will process a final withdrawal of any remaining eligible Balance to the Player's nominated payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any active investigation into the Account.

apk77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account — and to withhold or forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held therein — in the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Underage gambling — confirmed or reasonably suspected.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the Account.
• Chargebacks initiated by the Player against legitimate deposits.
• Any conduct that the Company reasonably determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Where an Account is terminated by the Company for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any eligible real-money Balance will be returned to the Player within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination in all cases.

apk77 operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's licensing jurisdiction.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia and that it is their sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. apk77 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction, and the Company expressly disclaims any liability arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted.

Nothing in this clause limits the Company's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in any jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

apk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Whenever material changes are made, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active Players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance before the effective date of the changes.
